Plain language. The short version: your code context is yours, we never train on it, and we use well-known processors to run the service.

1. Who we are

Memoire Inc. (“Memoire”, “we”) operates trymemoire.com and the Memi AI engineer. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our marketing site, dashboard, Slack integration, and MCP tools, and how we handle it.

Contact: support@trymemoire.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: email, name, organization, and any profile information you provide through Clerk for authentication.

Usage data: the tasks you post to Memi, the agents you run, the PRs they open, the connectors you install, and logs needed to debug and improve the product.

Code context: the files Memi reads, the plans it writes, and the outputs it returns during a session. This is stored in your organization’s workspace and treated as confidential.

Billing data: payment metadata handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data.

We do not train foundation models on your code or prompts.

We do not share your organization’s memory with any other customer.

4. Subprocessors

We use third-party processors to run the service: Clerk (auth), Supabase (data + storage), Fly.io (runtime), Vercel (marketing + dashboard hosting), Stripe (billing), Anthropic and OpenAI (LLM inference), Resend (transactional email). Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement consistent with this policy.

5. Retention

Workspace memory is retained for as long as your organization is active. You can delete individual memory blocks or request a full account deletion at any time by emailing support@trymemoire.com.

Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and abuse prevention.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. For EEA / UK residents, we act as a data processor on behalf of your organization; for customers in California, the same rights apply under CCPA.

7. Changes

We will post material changes to this policy here and, where required, notify you by email. Last updated: April 2026.
