1. The agreement

These terms are a binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Memoire Inc. By creating an account, installing the Slack app, or calling our APIs, you agree to them.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the credentials, API keys, and connector tokens you add to Memoire, and for anything done with them.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Acceptable use

No illegal activity, no targeting of individuals, no mass scraping, no malware, no circumvention of rate limits, no attempts to exfiltrate other customers' data.

You are responsible for ensuring that the code and data you point Memi at is yours to use.

4. Subscription + billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days of notice for existing customers.

5. Ownership

You keep all rights to the code and data you bring to Memoire.

We keep all rights to the Memoire product, including the dashboard, Memi runtime, and proprietary models and prompts.

6. Warranty + liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memoire's liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we will make a reasonable effort to let you export your data before deletion.

8. Changes

We will post material changes here and, where required, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after a change means acceptance of the new terms. Last updated: April 2026.
